In 2002, during Israel’s invasion of Jenin refugee camp, journalists were barred and war crime accusations emerged. Filmmaker Mohammad Bakri entered to record residents’ testimonies, giving voice to those silenced. The film was banned, sparking legal battles and accusations from soldiers. Years later, Israel’s Supreme Court overturned the ban, restoring this raw account of a community under siege. Mohammed Bakri's documentary is a heart-rending depiction of the aftermath of Israel's destruction of Jenin refugee camp in 2002, where every scene and interview is profound and distressing in equal measure.DocumentaryPT54M182025-11-02
