In the 19th century, a drunken applejack salesman must go from zero to hero and become North America's greatest fur trapper by defeating hundreds of beavers. Part of our <a href="https://www.actonecinema.co.uk/footprints/">FOOTPRINTS film strand</a>: A fascinating series of screenings, discussions and Q&As that tackle environmental issues. For this screening, we have collaborated with <a href="https://theealingbeaverproject.com/">The Ealing Beaver Project</a>. The Ealing Beaver Project was born out of a vision to reintroduce beavers to an urban setting, enhancing biodiversity and engaging the community in wildlife conservation, with the mission to create a sustainable environment where humans and beavers can thrive together, enriching the local ecosystem.
