MEMBERSHIPS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can I claim my membership benefits?
To claim your benefits online, you must be logged into your ActOne account with the same email you used when buying your membership. Then select the performance you want to get tickets for, and the system will automatically apply your benefits (free tickets or 10% discount) to your order
To claim your benefits at the box office, tell us you are a member and your full name and we'll apply your benefits to your order.
Can I choose if I use a free ticket or a 10% discount on a ticket?
Yes. If you have free tickets available, the system will automatically prioritise these. However, you can deselect the Free Ticket by clicking on the "X" at there Free Ticket tag (please see images below). The system will then apply the 10% discount.

Do I get a membership card?
No. We think that membership cards are an unnecessary use of plastic. You can claim all your benefits online or at the box office with just your email and name.
Will my Senior discount still be valid when I'm a member?
Yes. The 10% ticket discount applies on top of the Senior discount. So, for example, if a Senior ticket costs £9.50, with a membership it will cost £8.55.
How can I claim my free ticket and bar discount on the week of my birthday?
You need to have your date of birth on your account. If you don't, then please log into your account, go to Account Overview, click Edit and input your Date of Birth. If unable to do so (usually because you have already edited your DoB once), then please come by the box office with an ID and we'll update your DoB for you.
Which days count as the "week of my birthday"?
Your birthday week is from the Sunday before/of your birthday until the Saturday after/of your birthday. You will only be able to see and use your free ticket during that week (i.e. you cannot prebook for that week using your birthday ticket). For example, if your birthday is Monday 16th, you will see your birthday ticket from Sunday 15th until Saturday 21st. You will not be able to book a film for that week with your birthday ticket before Sunday 15th. If your birthday is Sunday 22nd, your birthday ticket will be available from Sunday 22nd to Saturday 28th. You will not be able to book a film for that week with your birthday ticket before Sunday 22nd.
Why can I not see my free birthday ticket on my account during my birthday week?
The system will prioritise your Free Membership tickets and not your free Birthday Ticket. To make sure you are using your birthday ticket during your birthday week, please deselect the Free Ticket by clicking on the X at the Free Ticket tag (please see images below). The system will then apply your birthday ticket to your order.
Do my membership benefits apply to all performances?
Your free tickets and 10% ticket discount apply to all regular performances of new releases. Your ticket benefits do not apply to Royal Ballet and Opera, National Theatre, Exhibition on Screen, some selected screenings with wraparound events (e.g. Q&As) and to lounge events. Your bar discount however, can be claimed at any time.
